Principle listings are syndicated to all major outlets including Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, Hotpads, Rently,  and Facebook Marketplace. Our listings include search engine optimized tagging to ensure they are prioritized in prospective tenant searches. Our applicant inquiry and scheduling software make viewing properties easy and convenient. We are also dedicated using social media to our owners’ benefit, regularly posting available rentals and ensuring rental units spend the least time possible without a tenant.

To ensure we recommend only high-quality applicants, our tenant selection process includes a credit check, background check, eviction check and employment verification.
