Rental Services

Principle listings are syndicated to all major outlets including Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, Hotpads, Rently,  and Facebook Marketplace. Our listings include search engine optimized tagging to ensure they are prioritized in prospective tenant searches. Our applicant inquiry and scheduling software make viewing properties easy and convenient. We are also dedicated using social media to our owners’ benefit, regularly posting available rentals and ensuring rental units spend the least time possible without a tenant.

To ensure we recommend only high-quality applicants, our tenant selection process includes a credit check, background check, eviction check and employment verification.

At Principle, we are focused on connecting high-quality applicants with high-quality homes. We regularly have more qualified applicants than units to place them.  If you have a quality home, duplex, or multi-family building that needs rented, text us the address and we’ll be in contact!  Referrals from current owners and agents we work with will receive priority.
